Question 1

What is the top strap and pad?

Accepted Answer

It's the complete upper strap assembly — strap plus cushioning pad — for your Posh dog knee brace. The top strap anchors the brace on your dog's thigh, so a good fit here matters most.

Question 2

When should I replace the top strap?

Accepted Answer

If the strap is stretched or the pad is worn thin, replace the whole assembly to restore a secure, comfortable fit. A snug top strap keeps the brace from sliding down your dog's leg.

Question 3

How do I order the right top strap and pad?

Accepted Answer

Just add it to your cart and check out online. If you're not sure your brace uses this part, email poshintake1@gmail.com with your order details and a vet tech will confirm.
