Casted braces often come with additional costs, including $150–$600 for sedation and casting, as well as veterinary visits for the casting process. While some casted braces may appear less expensive upfront, those extra fees can quickly add up—sometimes costing nearly twice as much in the end.

Yes! Unlike other companies, we offer a $75 discount on a second brace—no matter when you need it. We also include expedited shipping with every brace purchase.
If your dog makes a full recovery while wearing our brace but later injures the other leg (CCL), we’ve got you covered. We typically recommend wearing the brace for about 12 months, and after that, we can convert your existing brace to fit the opposite leg—at roughly half the cost of purchasing a new one.
Our innovative approach allows us to rebuild and convert your current Posh brace instead of requiring a completely new one. This can save you around $500. The conversion service is $450 and includes a full refurbishment of the brace at the same time.

Cancellations are rare, but we understand that situations can change. If a cancellation is requested before we begin fabricating your custom brace, refunds are handled as follows (within 60 days of your order):
Once fabrication of your custom brace has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
These fees reflect the direct costs and many hours of personalized service already provided on your behalf—including consultations, account setup, document preparation, emails, measurement video calls with a licensed Veterinary Technician, sharing proprietary information, and administrative processing.
If you choose to place an order again in the future, your cancellation fee will be credited toward your new brace.

As with most canine orthotic brace providers, we do not typically offer refunds. Each custom brace requires a significant investment—both in materials and in the 15+ hours of personalized service we dedicate to every customer. For this reason, once fabrication of your custom brace has begun, refunds are no longer available.
We are also unable to issue refunds after 60 days from the date of your order. If an order is placed but the process is not completed within that timeframe, you will receive a credit or certificate toward a future custom brace instead.
If you choose to cancel within the first 60 days (and before production begins), the following fees apply:

If a customer chooses not to use the brace for reasons other than a confirmed fit issue (as determined by our team), or does not participate in the adjustment process—which may include up to three modifications, submitting photos for review, and attending video calls—we do not offer partial refunds. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds if a dog is initially resistant to wearing the brace. While this is very rare, we are committed to working closely with you to help your dog adjust comfortably to their brace.

All custom orders require full customer cooperation, including providing any requested information—such as measurements, specifications, or approvals—within 365 days of purchase. If we do not receive the necessary details within this timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned and will be closed without refund or obligation for fulfillment.
